Thanks to an amazing friend of mine I was reminded exactly how TABATA works and got a pretty good list of exercises going. Now to put about 8 of them together every other day and get cracking. The nice thing about TABATA is that it's FAST and VERY effective.
Take
A
Break
And
Try
Again
The idea is that you do as many reps of the given exercise in a 20 second time frame. You are then awarded a 10 second "break", then you do it again....Take A Break and Try Again. You repeat the exercise 8 times (total of 4 minutes including breaks) before you move on to the next exercise. Crazy right? Yup! Crazy and I'm gonna do it! Doing TABATA daily is unrealistic to me, so my goal is every other day/night and if I wake up late, I'll do half in the morning and half at night.
